For digital deliverables (designs, software, websites, etc.), the work must not have been downloaded, used, or implemented.
Once work has been fully delivered, approved, or used, refunds may not be applicable.
Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may exclude any service charges, processing fees, or third-party costs already incurred.
Deposits or advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work completed.
Exchanges
If you would like to modify your service—such as replacing a design, changing a requirement, or adjusting a deliverable—please contact us within 7 days of your order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

Downloadable digital files

Domain, hosting, and third-party subscription payments
Project reservation fees or deposits once work has begun

Return Shipping
