Once work has been fully delivered, approved, or used, refunds may not be applicable.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds may exclude any service charges, processing fees, or third-party costs already incurred.

  • Deposits or advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work completed.

Exchanges

If you would like to modify your service—such as replacing a design, changing a requirement, or adjusting a deliverable—please contact us within 7 days of your order.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Completed digital services (websites, software, apps, designs, etc.)

  • Downloadable digital files

  • Personalized or custom-made digital products

  • Domain, hosting, and third-party subscription payments

  • Project reservation fees or deposits once work has begun

Damaged or Defective Items / Service Issues

Return Shipping
